Anya Ballantyne

Anya is a Brooklyn-based graphic designer and video editor with a passion for visual narratives.

Through creative problem-solving and composing appealing messages, their experience as a designer and video editor involves multiple forms of visual storytelling.

Their most recent work involved graphic design and video editing for social art project and campaign, Run Towards My Family which focused on sharing the stories of Korean adoptees and advocates for education on neglected medical research illnesses such as Endometriosis.

They graduated with a BA in business communications, specializing in graphic communications, and double minors in new media art and sociology from Baruch College in 2023 and are currently pursuing an MA in Media Studies at The New School to expand their knowledge of media, technology, video, and communication.
